Another clear illustration of the fundamental difference between Israel and the Palestinian "movement":

The [Israeli] army also took a group of reporters through the camp in an attempt to stem a growing outcry, which led the Israeli Supreme Court to enjoin the army from burying Palestinians in an enemies' cemetery. The court ruled today that the army must collect the bodies while accompanied and assisted by the Red Cross.
Arafat has no court (or anything else) telling him how he must act or what he must do. He's a fascist despot; Israel is a democracy with courts, and in this case an Israeli court is issuing orders to the Israeli army.
