Morning news story on Sacramento TV station KCRA Channel 3, about how a jury is about to come out with a verdict against Bill Simon, Republican candidate for governor against the Democrat incumbant, Gray[-out] Davis. Talking news head says that "experts" believe this spells the end of Simon's run for governor. Then they show video tape footage of this expert.

Who is Governor Davis's spokesman.
